While the rest of the country is struggling to find their way through the nation’s current economic quagmire, Harker Heights has continued to show signs of a healthy economy. The Harker Heights City Council unanimously agreed to establish a Storm Water Committee during a rare brief regular meeting Tuesday afternoon.
